It’s Mindful Monday! Let’s Talk About Transformation and Being Open to Change

Updated: Sep 1, 2020

Hello Lovelies, I hope you all have been blessed, at peace and living in prosperity. Today we’re talking about being receptive to change, and embracing new beginnings.

I know you all have noticed I haven’t been posting as consistently as before, and I’m sorry for that. I’ve been away recently because it’s been hard for me to swallow all of these new transitions happening within me and around me. I don’t know if you guys know, but I am a deeply spiritual person and I am very sensitive to energy shifts. I am very aware of my emotions and my different states of being. These last few weeks have marked the peak of this transformational period I’ve been experiencing and I feel like a whole new person. I am a whole new person; and as you all continue to follow this blog, you will watch me grow in spirit and you will grow with me.

I’m writing this to let you know it’s time to release your past. It’s time to forgive yourself for those mistakes you made, forgive that person or those people who hurt you, and step into who you are meant to become. I’ve personally been going on a transformational journey but so have you. I know you felt the shift — you are not the same person you were at the beginning of this year. And that’s OK. The person you are now is who you need to be to access your dreams and tap into the talents and skills you’ve had all along. Embrace your new self, and take the lessons you’ve learned about self-love and compassion and pour out those lessons on this new you.

You are transcending. You are reaching levels of yourself you never knew existed, and that’s amazing! I know this year has not been completely filled with accomplishments and reasons for celebration; I know there have been a lot of let downs, family losses and rejections. I’m praying for you to have the deepest healing and recovery from these hurts. I also want you to know that your emotions surrounding these disappointments and traumas are valid and should be fully experienced right now. Do not push them to the side, do not ignore them, do not try to distract yourself with other things so you don’t have to think about these hurts. Sit in the hurt NOW. Because I’m telling you, there are so many blessings and so much abundance coming your way, you don’t want these hurts clouding over the moments you have to rejoice and be happy.

So embrace this new you, love them with every ounce of your being. Who you are right now as you’re reading this has everything you need to succeed and accomplish your dreams. Reach for the stars, and then reach for the stars above the stars.

I love you.
