In 2021, Just for Black Girls' founders were honored by Rihanna via her brand Savage X Fenty, for the powerful work they do for Black Womxn's mental health right here on this platform, as well as for the body-positive modeling content they post on their respective Instagram pages. They were also highlighted for the work they do through the It's in the Stars Project, JFBG's sister-site where they raise funds to help Black Womxn who are struggling with their mental health make ends meet.
