Affirmations for Healing and Inner Peace

I’m never going to stop making posts about affirmations because words are power. What you speak into your life always comes into fruition — positive or not. So be positive! And repeat these affirmations I’ve listed for you below to attract healing and peace during these traumatic times :) .

  1. I accept myself for who I am.

  2. I am a naturally peaceful person.

  3. I know I am a beautiful person. 

  4. My mistakes do not define me.

  5. I am stress free.

  6. I am free of anger from anyone who has done me wrong.

  1. I go with the flow of life.

  2. I forgive myself and others.

  3. I am a confident person. 

  4. I am naturally at ease.

  5. I approach all situations with a gently..

  6. I am living a very human experience.

  1. I am letting go.

  2. I am not in control of everything, and that’s OK.

  3. I can be whoever I want to be.

  4. I will let life play out on its own.

  5. I am exactly where I need to be at this moment.

  6. I find it easy to forgive.

  1. I am naturally comfortable with myself.

  2. I simply love who I am.

  3. I believe in myself.

  4. I trust myself.

  5. I live life to the fullest.

  6. I can let go of the past.

  1. I encourage myself.

  2. I allow myself to feel ALL of my emotions.

  3. I used to have anger towards myself and others, but I feel no anger now.

  4. Letting go of my past makes me a much happier person.

  5. I naturally see the good in me.

  6. I love the person I see in the mirror.

Even if you choose one set of these to repeat to yourself once or twice in the mirror everyday, you will begin to see the positive shift in your mental well-being that comes from speaking kind words to yourself. You deserve it, especially in these uncertain times.
