Deep Conditioning Anti-Breakage Protein Treatment

Our recipe is designed to penetrate the hair shaft and deeply moisturize, noursish and feed the hair strands and follicles with the nutrients it needs to defend itself against damage from free radicals, shedding and breakage, as well as promote the growth of longer, thicker, healthier strands.

Olive Oil

• Olive Oil is known for its deeply moisturizing, rejuvenating, healing and strengthening effects on hair. Because of the many rich, fatty acids and antioxidants present in olive oil, it helps to both nourish and strengthen the hair, and protect it agianst damage from external stressors like free radiacals. All of these benefits work together to help reduce excessive shedding and breakage, promote length and moisture retention, and improve the overall appearance and manageability of the hair. 

Honey

• Honey is such a powerful antidote for many of our hair woes. It is a both a humectant and emollient, meaning it acts as a powerful moisturizer. As a humectant, it pulls moisture out of the air and into our hair strands; as an emollient, it helps to trap in moisture, allowing for the moisture to deeply penetrate our hair strands. In addition to its own outstanding benefits for our hair, because of its moisture-trapping qualities, it also helps deepen and magnify the moisturizing effects of the other ingredients in our recipe, making it a star ingredient in our formula and a must in your hair care routine.

Eggs:

• Eggs are truly an unsung hero for hair care. Eggs have been used for hair care as far back as the 11th century, and in my own work as a natural hair consultant for over a decade, I can see why. Our hair is made up of about 80% protein. Eggs, specifically the yolk, are full to the brim with not only protein, but tons of fatty acids and nutrients vital to hair health, growth, and making our hair lustrous and shiny. Biotin, Vitamin A, Vitamin E, Sulfur, and Lecithin are just a few of the vitamins, minerals and fats that boost our hair health, growth and overall appearance. While eggs are still largely underrated in the hair care industry, we take pride in their presence in our formulas -- our hair is better off for it!

Apply this deep conditioning protein treatment to damp hair before shampooing. Detangle while the treatment is in your hair. Cover with two plastic shower caps or shopping bags. Let treatment sit for at least 1 hour before rinsing out with COOL WATER for best results. Rinse thoroughly with COOL water -- we do not want the egg to cook in your hair.

Wash out with gentle shampoo, condition, and enjoy softer, easier to manage hair. Use monthly for best results.

Please store products in dry, cool environment. For best results, due to the amounts of all natural ingredients, please store products in the refrigerator. 

Because the products are so natural and we don’t want to compromise our customers and clients health, with the natural preservation system we use, the protein treatment lasts about 2-3 months in the refrigerator. With the 12 oz jar, you can get two-three wash days out of this product before having to re-purchase!

Unfortunately, the answer is no. This product/ protein treatment is NOT recommended for those with relaxed hair. Protein can make relaxed hair seize and break off so I cannot recommend this as a hair growth product for relaxed hair.
